Do all us parents ask the same question every year?
Should I enroll my little one in swimming lessons? Do they really learn to swim? Can I teach them myself?
With so many parents not knowing whether they should spend the money for swimming lessons, it would be good to see something showing that lessons work.

In these harsh times in the world, most people are holding onto all the money they can. Saying to themselves, “my child learning how to swim is a luxury right now”.
If something doesn’t seem like it’s needed then don‘t spend the money.
This might be true when buying take out food every night, but can you put a price on your child’s safety?
If swimming lessons improve your child’s safety, then why not spend the money right? Take a look at a recent study on learning how to swim & the great effect that it has on children.
STUDIES SHOW
A study published in the Los Angeles Times concludes that swimming lessons for children ages 1 to 4 does lower the risk of drowning.
I repeat, DOES lower the risk of drowning.
The studies, made by the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, looked at the similarities between drowning and swim lessons in children ages 1 to 19 in six states.
Interviews were done with the families of over 80 children who drowned between 2003 and 2005. With the families of 213 children were the same age, gender and lived in the same area as those who drowned
So what can you say about this here information mate? It tells you if you have a young son and or daughter, you want to have them Learn to swim As Soon As Possible. It does NOT take long for your child to be out of your site and drown. To be honest it doesn’t really matter the price, or the time. Just get them in there ASAP. You might think its rare to experience a drowning death, it only has to happen once. Just because it may have happened once out of millions, if it ended up being your child you know it would matter.
